The Jaybro Group is seeking a high-energy Sales Representative to own the Geelong territory, drive growth, and build lasting customer partnerships within the infrastructure and construction sectors.

In this full-time, Monday–Friday role, you will identify new business opportunities, implement growth strategies, and maintain strong relationships with customers, supported by a collaborative team and a strong brand.

Formación

• Experience driving revenue growth in construction or infrastructure sectors.
• Strong ability to build trust with customers at all levels.
• Excellent planning, time management and organizational skills.
• Full sales cycle management from prospecting to account growth.
• Self-motivated with ability to work autonomously using CRM tools.

Responsabilidades

• Own your region, delivering revenue and GP growth through a strategic sales plan.
• Generate leads through proactive cold calling, both by phone and in person.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, visiting regularly.
• Serve as the main contact for major projects, tenders and supplier agreements.
• Monitor sales performance, analyze results, and drive improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional service and satisfaction.
