Job summary

The Jaybro Group in Geelong is seeking a driven Sales Representative to own your territory, identify new business opportunities, and deliver revenue growth. You will build lasting customer partnerships across the infrastructure and construction sectors while working with a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales driving growth in construction/infrastructure sectors.
• Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Highly organised with planning and time management.
• Able to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to growth.
• Self-motivated, autonomous, and proficient with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).

Responsibilities

• Own your region, delivering revenue and GP growth through a strategic sales plan.
• Generate leads via proactive cold calling, phone and in-person visits.
• Build strong relationships with customers at all levels and provide WOW service.
• Serve as the main contact for major projects, tenders, and supplier agreements.
• Monitor sales performance, analyse results, and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and uphold service levels.
