Job summary

Bachli Furniture is seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to own and grow the Victorian market from our Hawthorn showroom base. You will drive sales with architects, designers and retail partners, building lasting relationships and delivering tailored brand solutions.

Based in Melbourne, you will manage a dynamic territory, hit clear targets, and collaborate with marketing, product and operations to deliver exceptional client experiences.

Qualifications

• Five years in outbound sales or BD with a track record.
• Strong network in Melbourne architecture/interior design.
• Excellent written and spoken communication.
• Commercial mindset with sales targets experience.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow the Victorian territory across architecture, interior design and retail.
• Build and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers and retailers.
• Proactively reach out to clients via calls, emails, showroom visits and networking.
• Identify opportunities from specification to quotation and delivery.
• Present brands, educate clients, and tailor solutions for projects.
• Manage accounts, maintain pipeline and CRM forecasts.
• Collaborate with marketing, product and operations to hit objectives.
• Support Hawthorn showroom roster, including Saturdays.
