Qualifications

• Minimum five years of proven field sales and business development experience.
• Construction or related industry experience is preferred.
• Ability to prospect, pursue and close new business opportunities.
• Strong CRM skills and pipeline reporting experience.
• Valid driver's licence required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory growth plan for Melbourne and regional Victoria.
• Win new business by prospecting and closing deals.
• Grow existing accounts to maximise value and retention.
• Conduct on-site presentations and product demonstrations.
• Build relationships with trades, architects, designers and facility managers.
• Partner with distribution channels to maximise territory coverage.
• Maintain CRM and pipeline reporting.
• Meet and exceed territory sales targets.
