Job summary

HEQS Wholesale Group Pty Ltd in Melbourne is seeking a Business Development Manager to own new business across Victoria, focusing on commercial furniture and FF&E. You’ll be on the road across Greater Melbourne, establishing relationships with fit-out firms, hotels, student accommodation, and care providers.

With a base salary of 70-90K plus car and commission, and OTE 120-150K, the role offers a hands-on, field-based opportunity for proven B2B developers to build the VIC plan with our National

Qualifications

• 2+ years opening new B2B accounts in Australia.
• Experience in commercial furniture/FF&E, fit-out, building products or related sectors.
• Evidence: accounts won, their value and how you won them.
• Accurate quoting and same-day follow-up.
• Current driver’s license and full Australian work rights.

Responsibilities

• Open new accounts across Greater Melbourne and regional Victoria.
• Build VIC plan with National Sales Director and execute the plan.
• Conduct 40+ face-to-face meetings with new decision-makers monthly.
• Quote FF&E and volume packages within 48 hours.
• Maintain relationships with hotels, pubs, clubs and hospitality groups.
