Qualifications

• Mentoring junior team members or leadership experience is highly regarded.
• Proven sales success in interior products, furniture, flooring or related sector with architect/design relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to proactively build new relationships and contribute to KPIs.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills to motivate a sales/project team.
• Deep understanding of Interior Design and Architecture and market trends.
• Commercial acumen in budgeting, pricing and deal negotiation.
• Promotion and growth pathways beyond sales targets.
