Job summary

Lead Group is seeking a Technical Sales Representative for construction chemicals and building products. You will own a patch, manage existing contractor accounts and pursue new applicators, visiting job sites and negotiating projects while targeting specifications.

You’ll work from home and visit sites, supported by a product manager and a dedicated major projects team for high-value opportunities. Training is provided; a full driver’s licence is required.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales experience in construction-related markets.
• Willing to travel and visit sites.
• Full driver’s licence.
• Self-motivated and competitive.

Responsibilities

• Grow an inherited portfolio of established accounts (around 70%).
• Bring on new applicators and win new business (around 30%).
• Visit applicators, assess projects and negotiate pricing.
• Get products written into specifications.
• Spend time on site with applicators during installs.
• Leverage project leads to secure upcoming work.
• Collaborate with major projects team on large jobs (over $100M).
