Job summary

Dribond Construction Chemicals Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced and technically minded Technical Sales Representative to drive sales growth across the construction chemicals market in NSW. You will work with builders, contractors, applicators, architects and distributors to identify opportunities and provide technical product solutions.

You will conduct product demonstrations, site visits, and technical presentations, prepare proposals, and collaborate with internal teams to support customers

Qualifications

• Experience in technical sales within building materials and related products.
• Strong understanding of construction practices and project environments.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to translate technical requirements into practical product solutions.
• A proactive, commercially focused approach to sales and business development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with contractors, builders, architects, applicators and distributors.
• Identify new sales opportunities and grow existing customer accounts.
• Provide technical advice and product recommendations based on project requirements.
• Conduct product demonstrations, site visits, and technical presentations.
• Prepare proposals and project-specific solutions.
• Monitor construction projects and identify opportunities for product specification and supply.
• Work with customers to resolve technical issues and provide after-sales support.
• Collaborate with internal technical, operations, and marketing teams.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, customer records, and pipeline activity.
• Achieve agreed sales, margin, and business development targets.
