You will build strong customer relationships, secure specifications, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value to key accounts.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in account management and business development.
• Strong track record of developing customer relationships and generating new business.
• Confident communication, influencing and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical capability and financial acumen.
• Experience using CRM systems to manage customers, leads and opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Achieve territory sales, gross margin and profitability targets.
• Grow Fosroc’s share across key customer accounts.
• Acquire new customers and expand Fosroc’s presence within the territory.
• Collaborate with the Specification team to secure Fosroc product specifications.
• Develop knowledge across concrete repair, grouts, waterproofing, sealants, flooring and coatings.
• Provide responsive service and support the resolution of customer enquiries.
