Job summary

Axalta is actively seeking a results-driven sales professional to manage and grow an assigned customer territory in Australia. You will identify opportunities, promote Axalta product ranges, and provide technical support while building strong customer relationships and delivering on budget targets.

You will conduct regular visits, monitor market trends, and collaborate with service and warehouse teams to ensure top-tier CRM records and successful campaigns.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales, preferably in automotive refinish, industrial coatings, or related industries.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Sound computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Current driver's licence.
• Self-motivated with strong time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an assigned customer territory.
