Job summary

DuluxGroup is seeking a Technical Sales Representative to manage and grow key customer accounts across the Adelaide region. You will build strong relationships with customers, contractors, consultants, and internal teams to drive sales growth and deliver tailored protective coating solutions.

Operating autonomously within your territory, you will manage customer activity, maintain CRM records, and develop strategic account plans to maximize growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, account management, business development, or customer-facing roles.
• Experience in coatings or protective coatings is highly desirable; transferable experience from adjacent industries is welcomed.
• Ability to build strong customer relationships, influence stakeholders and deliver value for clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow key customer accounts across the Adelaide region and identify new business opportunities.
