Job summary

DuluxGroup in Canberra is seeking an experienced sales professional to manage key accounts and drive territory growth in the ACT region, with coverage through Bowral and Mittagong. You will own the patch, build profitable relationships, and convert opportunities into sustainable revenue.

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will engage daily with painters and commercial clients, apply your selling capability and CRM discipline, and work cross-functionally to achieve sales and profit

Qualifications

• Experience in a sales or B2B sales role within painting or construction preferred.
• Proven ability to manage and grow major accounts.
• Strong communication, influencing and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to identify and convert new sales opportunities from pre-tender to contractor onsite.

Responsibilities

• Manage key accounts and drive territory growth across ACT, Bowral and Mittagong.
• Convert opportunities into sustainable revenue using your selling capability.
• Maintain CRM discipline and a process-driven approach.
• Partner with customers on residential and commercial projects.
