Job summary

Axalta in Australia is seeking an experienced Sales Representative to maintain and grow sales in the South Australian automotive refinish market. You will manage an existing customer portfolio, develop new business, provide product solutions, and build strong relationships with body shops, dealerships and commercial customers.

You will conduct regular customer visits, deliver sales growth, monitor market trends, and work with internal teams on CRM, promotions and training.

Qualifications

• Previous B2B sales experience, preferably in automotive refinish, industrial coatings, or related industries.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Sound computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Current driver’s licence.
• Self-motivated with strong time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an assigned customer territory.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities.
• Promote Axalta and associated product ranges.
• Provide product recommendations and technical support to customers.
• Conduct regular customer visits and business reviews.
• Deliver sales growth in line with budget targets.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends.
• Work closely with internal customer service, warehouse, and technical teams.
• Maintain CRM and customer records.
• Support promotional campaigns, product launches, and training activities.
