Job summary

Axalta is seeking an experienced Sales Representative to drive growth in the South Australian automotive refinish market. You will manage an existing customer portfolio, identify new business opportunities, and provide product solutions while maintaining strong relationships with body shops, dealerships, and commercial customers.

Key responsibilities include regular customer visits, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with service, warehouse and technical teams.

Qualifications

• B2B sales experience, preferably in automotive refinish, industrial coatings, or related industries.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Sound computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an assigned customer territory.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities.
• Promote Axalta and associated product ranges.
• Provide product recommendations and technical support to customers.
• Conduct regular customer visits and business reviews.
• Deliver sales growth in line with budget targets.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends.
• Work closely with internal customer service, warehouse, and technical teams.
• Maintain CRM and customer records.
• Support promotional campaigns, product launches, and training activities.
