Job summary

Acs-Australia Pty Ltd in Adelaide is seeking a Territory Tech Sales Rep to be the first point of contact for customers. You will provide product advice, process orders, build relationships, and support trade and retail customers in a busy automotive coatings environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in trade counter, internal or retail sales.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive with strong customer focus and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to trade and retail customers.
• Process sales, quotes and customer orders.
• Provide product advice and support.
• Build and maintain customer relationships.
• Answer phone enquiries professionally.
• Picking and preparing customer orders and assisting with stock/warehouse duties.
