Site Ware Direct is seeking a Business Development Manager to expand our client base across mining, construction and oil & gas sectors in Queensland, Australia. The role involves frequent travel to meet clients and attend industry events, with flexible hours and reasonable overtime to accommodate client meetings.

You will collaborate with executives on strategy, pursue new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth for a family-owned safety equipment provider with a strong customer service

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in business development, sales, or a related field.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities and close deals to achieve growth targets.
• Build and maintain successful relationships with prospects and existing clients.
