Job summary

Rentokil Initial in Sydney is seeking a motivated Pest Sales Consultant to cover the Sydney metropolitan area. You will strengthen relationships with existing clients and win new business through proactive sales activities and tailored pest management solutions.

You will work closely with the Pest Operations team, receive comprehensive product training, and benefit from a base salary plus an uncapped commission, company vehicle, mobile and laptop as part of a supportive sales group.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of proven B2B sales experience with a strong track record of exceeding targets.
• Ability to identify and convert new business opportunities while leveraging existing relationships.
• Experience using CRM systems, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office applications.

Job description

We’re seeking a motivated and dynamic Pest Sales Consultant to join our high performing sales team in Sydney looking after the Sydney territory. In this role, you’ll be responsible for strengthening existing client relationships while using your exceptional sales skills and outgoing personality to secure new business across the Sydney metropolitan area. Your client base will include, but is not limited to, Tier 1, 2, and 3 companies. You’ll also collaborate closely with the Pest Operations team to ensure exceptional service delivery and provide leadership and support to internal team members.

You’ll receive comprehensive product training and hands on support from our Operations team, Sales Manager, Business Manager and the wider Sales Team.

Key responsibilities

To be successful in this role, you will bring

• 3-5 years of proven B2B sales experience with a strong track record of exceeding targets
• A demonstrated ability to identify and convert new business opportunities while leveraging existing relationships to drive growth
• Experience using CRM systems, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office applications
• A background in construction, operations, or bird/pest management (highly regarded)
• Confidence in cold-calling and planning sales activity across the Sydney metro area
• Self-motivation and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking to identify and capitalise on market opportunities
• Willingness and comfort working at heights
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• A current and valid Australian driver’s licence
