Job summary

Adaptalift Group is seeking a Key Account Manager in Seven Hills, NSW. Based in Seven Hills, you will manage a designated customer territory, respond to inbound leads, and convert them into sales while also developing new business opportunities within your area.

You will work with a channel of existing retail customers and collaborate with the wider rental team to deliver exceptional service and customer satisfaction, all within a growing national Rentals business.

Qualifications

• B2B sales or account management experience within related industries.
• Exposure to materials handling equipment rental or hire.
• Ability to uncover commercial opportunities and convert them.
• Strong relationship-building with follow-through for long-term outcomes.
• High levels of organisation and attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s licence and access to vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Based in Seven Hills, manage a designated territory of customers.
• Respond to inbound leads and convert them to sales through the retail channel.
• Generate new business leads within the territory to grow the portfolio.
• Collaborate with the wider rental team to maintain service excellence.
