You will hunt for opportunities, visit sites, quote competitive terms, and close rental agreements, with an uncapped commission and a fully maintained vehicle included.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales experience and a track record of winning new business.
• Experience in account management or business development.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills for site supervisors and managers.
• Organised, goal-oriented, and capable of pipeline management.

Responsabilités

• Hunt and convert new opportunities via phone, site visits, door knocking, and warm leads.
• Grow revenue by managing and expanding relationships with hire clients.
• Understand equipment needs, prepare quotes, and close rental agreements.
• Collaborate with Hire Coordinator and branch team to ensure smooth deliveries.
