Komatsu Australia Pty Ltd is seeking an Area Sales Manager to own a territory, drive sales of forklifts, and deliver tailored material handling solutions. The role offers commission-based earnings, a car allowance, and the autonomy to plan your day and build lasting customer relationships.

You will manage new business development and ongoing customer accounts, with training and support to help you succeed. A strong sales background in related sectors is preferred.

Competenze

• Previous sales experience, ideally in forklifts, capital equipment, automotive or mechanical products.
• Strong communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work autonomously.
• Good organisational skills and confidence using CRM systems.
• A current driver's licence.

Mansioni

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting and visits.
• Manage and grow your territory, balancing new business with existing accounts.
• Drive sales of new and used forklifts, hire solutions and service packages.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate deals and tailor solutions for customers.
• Maintain an organised sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM and meet targets.
