Job summary

Adaptalift Group, a leading Australian materials handling hire and sales company, is seeking a motivated Territory Manager to establish JCB within the Central Coast and Newcastle region. You will develop new customer relationships, grow market share and deliver equipment solutions to construction and earthmoving industries.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in B2B sales, territory management or account management.
• Proven business development and prospecting capability.
• Strong relationship-building and customer service skills.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage your own territory, pipeline and CRM activity.
• Mechanical aptitude or an interest in construction and heavy equipment (highly regarded).

Responsibilities

• Develop trusted long-term customer relationships and identify opportunities within existing accounts.
• Conduct site visits, demos and prepare quotations; negotiate sales and oversee equipment handover.
• Own and execute a structured call plan to grow market share and manage territory.
