Design & Build Recruitment is seeking an experienced Submissions Coordinator to join its Perth team, coordinating tender submissions and EOIs across a national builder. You will work with BD, Estimating, Construction and Project teams to deliver polished, compliant submissions that help secure work.

You will rewrite templates, manage bid workbooks, craft content and support Tender Presentations using PowerPoint and InDesign. CRM maintenance and marketing support complete the role.

Qualifications

• Experience in submissions, bids, proposals, marketing or communications.
• Qualifications in communications, journalism, marketing or related discipline.
• Strong writing, editing and organisational skills.
• Experience with Adobe Suite/InDesign and Canva.
• Strong stakeholder relationship management.
• Ability to manage competing deadlines and work autonomously.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate the production of tender submissions including revamping templates and branding.
• Coordinate tender workbooks for all bid submissions and presentations.
• Content writing for the wider business.
• Assist Estimators/Directors with Tender Presentations using PowerPoint & InDesign.
• Maintain the company CRM to improve marketing reach for materials.
• Follow up clients on submissions and implement improvements.
