Job summary

About the Role

During this period, you’ll play a key role in coordinating and delivering high-quality submissions and supporting our broader new business activities. Working closely with the New Business and Strategy team, bid teams and State Managers, you will:

• Lead the coordination, writing, and compilation of EOIs and tender submissions.
• Coordinate and prepare prequalification's and registrations of interest for existing and prospective clients.
• Manage submission programmes, coordinate inputs from key stakeholders and ensure deadlines are met.
• Ensure tender documentation is accurate, complete and meets all RFT and company requirements.
• Work with the New Business and Strategy team to develop compelling win themes and key messaging tailored to each opportunity.
• Contribute to the continual improvement of submissions, CVs, project data sheets and other supporting collateral.
• Work safely and contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

About You

• A minimum of five years’ experience preparing and coordinating EOIs, RFTs and other complex submissions, preferably within the construction industry.
• Strong writing, editing and document coordination skills.
• Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign.
• The ability to work effectively to tight deadlines and manage multiple submissions or projects concurrently.
• A flexible and adaptable approach, with the ability to respond to changing priorities and requirements throughout the submission process.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Journalism, Communications or a related discipline is desirable but not essential.
