ACT Government in Canberra is seeking an Asset, Audit and Compliance Officer to support the Digital Canberra directorate. You will coordinate asset collection from ACT Government sites to designated locations, and undertake asset audits to produce informative reports.

You will work with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, maintain the asset register, and ensure timely, accurate data. A strong customer focus and ability to work with stakeholders is essential.

Formación

• Experience coordinating asset collection from government sites to designated locations.
• Ability to conduct asset audits and prepare reports with recommendations.
• Knowledge of ITSM tools and asset management; ITIL framework is advantageous.
• Strong customer focus with the ability to engage stakeholders and communicate clearly.
• Ability to follow strict schedules, procedures and policies.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate the collection of assets from ACT Government sites to other locations including supplier warehouses for disposal.
• Undertake asset audits to obtain information and prepare reports and recommendations.
• Update and maintain the asset register for accurate tracking and recording of asset details.
• Provide strong customer service and build good rapport with stakeholders.
• Adhere to schedules, procedures, and policies and deliver analyses as required.
• Perform analytical activities and deliver outputs in line with customer needs and standards.
