The ACT Government is seeking an Asset Audit and Compliance Officer for a full-time temporary role based in Canberra. You will coordinate asset collection from government sites to designated locations and support audits to inform reports and recommendations.

You will use ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools to maintain the asset register, ensure accurate tracking, and liaise with stakeholders to deliver high-quality customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience with asset audits and reporting.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.
• Knowledge of ITIL framework is advantageous.
• Strong planning, organisation and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate asset collection from ACT Government sites to other locations.
• Conduct asset audits and prepare reports with recommendations.
• Update and maintain the asset register to enable accurate tracking.
• Provide high-quality customer service and stakeholder liaison.
