Qualifications

• ITIL 4 Foundation knowledge preferred.
• Hands-on ServiceNow experience with asset management.
• Experience with CMDB and asset/configuration data.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT assets through full lifecycle from procurement to disposal.
• Maintain accurate asset and CI information in ServiceNow.
• Conduct audits and governance reviews of asset data and usage.
• Monitor total cost of ownership and support budgeting.
• Collaborate with IT teams on incident, change and problem management.
