Job summary

Clicks IT Recruitment is seeking a Desktop Support & Asset Management Officer in ACT to handle ICT equipment logistics, asset lifecycle, and end-user support. You will manage deployments, maintain inventories and ensure accurate asset records across multiple sites.

The role requires NV1 clearance, hands-on warehousing/ logistics coordination, and proficiency with ServiceNow; contract till 30 June 2027 with potential extension.

Qualifications

• Experience in desktop support, ICT asset management, warehousing or logistics.
• Strong organisational, record-keeping and communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively in a team.
• Basic ICT troubleshooting and inventory management experience.
• Desirable: Experience with ServiceNow, asset management systems, forklift operation or relevant safety certifications.

Responsibilities

• Receive, label, track, store and deploy ICT equipment.
• Maintain asset registers, inventory records and conduct stocktakes.
• Coordinate equipment movements, warehouse operations and site setups.
• Manage logistics requests and asset tracking through systems such as ServiceNow.
• Provide basic desktop support and troubleshoot ICT equipment issues.
• Support equipment relocations, deployments and operational activities.
