Job summary

Department of Transport and Main Roads QLD – Gold Coast is seeking a Temp Advisor (Document Control) to coordinate document workflows and administer project information systems for the Logan and Gold Coast Faster Rail project.

You will support timely review, approval and distribution of records, ensuring access, security and compliance with Queensland recordkeeping requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail essential.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a busy project environment.
• Experience with governance and Queensland recordkeeping requirements is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Review the Project Document Control Management Plan to ensure lifecycle adherence.
• Define and maintain document management processes, workflows and guidance for users.
• Coordinate complex review and approval processes for program documentation.
• Administer project data sources and collaboration platforms (InEight/TeamBinder, MS Teams, SharePoint).
• Ensure documents are securely stored, tracked and responded to within service levels.
