Department of Transport and Main Roads is seeking an AO5 Temp Advisor (Document Control) to support the Logan and Gold Coast Faster Rail project in Brisbane. You will coordinate document workflows, administer project information systems and help ensure timely review, approval and distribution of project records.
You will work with internal and external stakeholders, apply governance and recordkeeping requirements, and ensure documents are stored securely and accessible.

You will coordinate document workflows, administer project information systems and support timely review, approval and distribution of project records. You will help ensure information is accurate, accessible, securely stored and managed in line with TMR and Queensland recordkeeping requirements.
The Temp Advisor (Document Control) will be responsible for project document control activities to support successful delivery of the Logan and Gold Coast Faster Rail (LGC) project.
To thrive in this role, you will require strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities. You will need to be confident supporting document workflows and information systems, communicating with internal and external stakeholders, and applying governance and recordkeeping requirements in a complex project environment.
Due to this role having access to sensitive data, a criminal history check will be undertaken prior to appointment to the role.
Relevant tertiary qualification and/or professional certification in document and information management would be highly regarded.
