Responsibilities

Develop and implement change management strategies and plans.
Conduct change impact assessments across people, processes, technology and ways of working.
Identify and engage key stakeholders across multiple projects.
Develop and deliver targeted communications and engagement activities.
Develop and coordinate training and supporting materials.
Support user readiness, adoption and transition activities.
Develop practical change artefacts including impact assessments, stakeholder plans, communications plans, training approaches and adoption plans.
