Job summary

Seven Consulting in Australia is seeking a Change Manager to work with clients across change initiatives, delivering high-quality outcomes. You will operate autonomously on engagements, analyse impacts, prepare stakeholder materials, and propose tactics to drive adoption.

Strong communication, resilience and problem-solving are essential. 3–5 years in Change Management, a Bachelor’s degree or higher, and proficiency with MS Office (Word/PowerPoint) are required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Change Management experience
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word and PowerPoint
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Desire and ability to contribute to the Change Management Practice

Responsibilities

• Taking briefs from clients and providing direction on Change Management services
• Analyzing a client’s business and operations to identify change impact
• Meeting and presenting to stakeholders; preparing business documents and slides
• Proposing appropriate tactics to manage organizational change for project outcomes
• Executing plans, scheduling, reporting progress, raising risks and issues
• Applying Project Management principles, Agile, Waterfall, and blended methods
• Providing support to recipients of change and business leaders during and after the project
