The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Change Management methodologies like Prosci or ADKAR, along with experience in digital transformation and stakeholder engagement. This contract position offers up to $880 per day with strong potential for extension.

Qualifications

• Proven Change Management experience using Prosci, ADKAR, or equivalent methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and influencing skills.
• Experience in Government or regulated environments.
