Job summary

Macquarie Group is seeking a Change Manager to partner with Technology and business teams, shaping and delivering change initiatives that drive successful adoption. You will assess impacts, identify stakeholder needs and design practical change approaches including communications, engagement, learning and readiness activities.

You will work across a diverse portfolio of change programmes, using feedback and adoption measures to continuously refine delivery and support colleagues through each

Qualifications

• 4-5 years’ experience in organisational change, transformation or consulting roles.
• Experience delivering technology-related change programmes, including stakeholder engagement, communications, learning, readiness and adoption activities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess risks and impacts.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and relationship-building skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Change management certification is advantageous; AI tools experience is desirable.
