You will develop strategies, engage stakeholders, and measure outcomes to drive successful business readiness.

The role requires 5+ years in change management, strong communication and facilitation skills, and experience with large-scale transformations within complex organisations.

Qualifications

5+ years change management and communications experience supporting large business and technology transformations.

Responsibilities

Develop change management strategies and change impact assessments.
Create stakeholder engagement and communication plans.
Support leadership alignment and readiness activities.
Measure adoption, engagement and change outcomes.
Manage training, communications and business readiness activities.
Partner with project teams to embed sustainable change.
Experience leading change programs in complex organisations.
