Job summary

International Security Control Solutions – Mitcham VIC is seeking a technically minded Technical Sales / Support Specialist to join our growing team. You will provide pre- and post-sales technical support, assist customers with system design and product selection, and troubleshoot a wide range of technical issues.

You will serve as a key point of contact for customers and play an important role in building long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience within the Electronic Security, Access Control, or CCTV industry.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Good understanding of operating systems, networking, and software applications.
• Experience with electronic security products and system design would be highly regarded.
