Job summary

Indigo People in Sydney is expanding its electronic security team and is seeking a seasoned Field Service Technician.

You will install and commission integrated security systems, work with access control, CCTV, alarms and intercoms, and provide fault finding and maintenance across sites. This role blends installation projects with service troubleshooting, offering varied hands-on experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience within the electronic security industry.
• Strong experience with Access Control systems.
• Experience with platforms such as Inner Range Integriti, Tecom Challenger, Tecom C4 and Gallagher.
• Experience with Video Management Systems and NVR platforms (Genetec, March Networks, Milestone).
• Experience with IP CCTV, VMS platforms, alarms, intercom and access control systems.
• Well presented with excellent communication, time management and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Installation and commissioning of integrated security systems.

• Installing and deploying new security infrastructure and system fit offs.

Technicians in this business operate ashybrid technicians, meaning they work across bothinstallation projects and service troubleshooting, allowing you to develop well rounded technical expertise across multiple systems.

The Role

• Experience working withIP CCTV, VMS platforms, alarms, intercom and access control systems
• Well presented with excellent communication skills
• Strong time management and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage field service work
• Passion for quality work with strong attention to detail
