Job summary

Motion Asia Pacific is seeking a high-performing Customer Relationship Manager to grow customer relationships and new business across north-western Victoria, ideally based in Swan Hill. This technical sales role focuses on delivering value to customers in heavy manufacturing, petrochemical, agriculture and power generation markets.

You will build trusted relationships with engineering and procurement staff, develop account plans, and drive cross-selling and new business opportunities across

Qualifications

• Proven experience in account management, business development or technical sales.
• Strong mathematical aptitude and technical interest or capability.
• Confidence engaging with technical and operational customer stakeholders.
• Customer-focused approach, strong communication skills and commercial acumen.
• Current driver's license and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with Engineering Managers, Reliability Engineers and Procurement Specialists.
• Develop and deliver account plans that support customer retention and growth.
• Increase share of wallet through cross-selling and up-selling across Motion's product and service offering.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities across western Victoria.
• Deliver technical solutions to address customers' operational requirements.
• Achieve territory sales and budget targets.
