Job summary
Motion Industrial Solutions is expanding its Swan Hill team and seeks a high-performing Customer Relationship Manager to grow customer relationships and new business across north-western Victoria. This is a technical sales role with a focus on value delivery in heavy manufacturing, petrochemical, agriculture and power generation markets.
The candidate will build trusted relationships with engineers and procurement specialists, develop account plans, and travel regularly, including overnight
Qualifications
- Proven experience in account management, business development or technical sales.
- Strong mathematical aptitude and technical interest or capability.
- Confidence engaging with technical stakeholders and operators.
Responsibilities
- Build trusted relationships with Engineering Managers, Reliability Engineers and Procurement Specialists.
- Develop and deliver account plans to support retention and growth.
- Increase share of wallet through cross-selling and up-selling across Motion’s offerings.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities across western Victoria.
- Deliver technical solutions addressing customers’ operational requirements.
- Achieve territory sales and budget targets.
- Travel regularly to visit customers and collaborate with internal teams.
