Job summary

Motion Asia Pacific is seeking a high-performing Customer Relationship Manager to grow customer relationships and new business across north-western Victoria, ideally based in Swan Hill. Motion Industrial Solutions is expanding its Swan Hill team and is seeking a high-performing Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to grow customer relationships and new business across north-western Victoria.

This is a technical sales role with a strong focus on delivering value to customers across heavy manufacturing, petrochemical, agriculture and power generation markets. Ideally, you will be based in Swan Hill.

About the Role:

As the face of Motion for your customers, you will:

• Build trusted relationships with Engineering Managers, Reliability Engineers and Procurement Specialists
• Develop and deliver account plans that support customer retention and growth
• Increase share of wallet through cross-selling and up-selling across Motion's product and service offering
• Identify and secure new business opportunities across western Victoria
• Deliver technical solutions to address customers' operational requirements
• Achieve territory sales and budget targets
• Work closely with your Manager Customer Relationships, Branch Managers and internal teams
• Learn from an experienced colleague with 45 years of company and industry experience

This role involves regular customer visits and travel. You must be willing to travel, including potential overnight stays of one to two days-or more-per month.
