Job summary

Rheem Australia is seeking a Technical Sales Manager based in our Rydalmere office to deliver technical support and project guidance for commercial hot water and pool heating products. You will engage with customers, consultants, contractors and distributors, nurturing existing relationships while identifying new opportunities across NSW and ACT.

The role emphasizes technical sales excellence, strong communication, and CRM-driven relationship management in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Technical Sales role within Plumbing, HVAC or swimming pool industry.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills on commercial and technical matters.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• NSW Drivers licence.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support relationships with existing distributors.
• Grow the distribution network by identifying and cultivating new opportunities.
• Work with Key Account customers as primary contact.
• Design and execute communication strategies for positive market positioning.
• Engage with decision-makers and specifiers on sales, contractual, technical, and application levels.
• Provide high-quality written and verbal presentations of project proposals and product solutions.
• Track all sales-related contacts and referrals using CRM software.
• Contribute to the state commercial sales plan with marketing propositions.
