Job summary

Pneumatic Engineering in Western Australia seeks a dynamic, dual-focused sales leader to drive new business across the region while mentoring the existing sales team. You will promote our range of compressors, air treatment, and maintenance solutions.

You will manage key accounts, develop customer plans, enter data into HubSpot, and deliver technical proposals. The role requires 3–5 years in capital equipment sales, leadership experience or potential, and a valid driver's license for regional

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of capital equipment sales (air compressors, vacuum systems, pneumatics, or heavy industrial machinery)
• Ability to translate technical specs into client value and communicate with engineers and procurement teams
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regionally
• Strong negotiation skills with a proven closing track record

Responsibilities

• Maintain and strengthen major key accounts
• Develop and maintain formal customer plans for targets
• Develop and maintain a customer call cycle
• Enter information accurately into the CRM (HubSpot) in a timely manner
• Identify, target, and secure new high-value B2B accounts
• Develop technical solutions and recommendations for customers
• Provide technical support during proposals and project execution
• Collaborate with service/operations teams on upgrades and installations
• Prepare and present commercial proposals, tenders and quotes using the ERP (Sage X3)
