Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email.
• Build strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Provide advice on products and solutions based on customer requirements.
• Deliver a high level of service throughout the customer journey.
• Assist customers with pricing, product availability and order updates.
• Prepare and follow up quotations.
• Support the external sales team with customer information and sales activity.
• Maintain CRM and customer records.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams regarding deliveries.
• Prepare customer documentation and sales reports.
