Job summary

Lead Group is seeking a technically minded Internal Sales professional for a Seven Hills (Western Sydney) based, full-time, office-based role. You will support customers via phone and email, quote prices, place orders and coordinate delivery.

You’ll work with engineering and workshop teams to translate customer needs into suitable technical products, manage a high volume of enquiries, and keep ERP records up to date. A varied technical background is welcomed.

Qualifications

• Previous internal sales or customer service experience.
• Experience with technical, industrial or trade products.
• Comfort discussing product requirements with customers.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email.
• Understand requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Prepare, process and follow up quotations.
• Process sales orders and coordinate customer requirements.
• Provide updates on orders, lead times and deliveries.
• Liaise with workshop and production team around customer orders.
• Maintain accurate customer, quotation and sales information within the ERP system.
