Job summary

Salexo Consulting is seeking a Technical Sales representative/Technical Business Development Manager to support construction, civil and industrial clients with site‑condition and environmental hazard solutions. You will visit sites across Sydney, nurture relationships, and drive opportunities from first contact to close.

You will work with senior management on complex requirements and leverage a robust onboarding/training program to get up to speed on products and market navigation.

Qualifications

• External sales experience in construction or industrial markets is preferred.
• Interest in how equipment works and where it fits on a project is highly regarded.
• Ability to follow a defined process and collaborate with senior management.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through prospecting, site visits and follow-up.
• Build relationships with site teams, project managers and purchasing decision-makers.
• Understand customer requirements and communicate technical solutions clearly.
• Follow established sales processes and coordinate with internal teams.
