Job summary

Talent Forge in Brisbane is seeking an Inside Sales Engineer to join their team. This role blends technical and customer-facing responsibilities, supporting customers, suppliers and the external sales team.

You'll help select equipment, prepare quotations, and manage orders from enquiry to delivery, working with engineering and service teams to ensure accurate specifications and timely delivery. The position offers a base salary of AU$100,000–AU$110,000 plus super, with training and career

Qualifications

• Relevant engineering qualification, preferably mechanical or electrical.
• Ability to interpret technical data sheets and customer requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and engineering support to customers and external sales teams.
• Review specifications to determine sizing and suitability.
• Prepare quotations including pricing and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with manufacturers to confirm lead times.
• Manage orders from enquiry to delivery.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across teams.
