Balance Recruitment in Sydney, Australia seeks an experienced technology sales leader to win new business and develop a growing sales team. You will lead strategic opportunities from first meeting to close and collaborate with delivery and technical teams to drive client success.
You’ll be selling a differentiated, outcome-focused transformation solution that combines managed services, cybersecurity, AI and intelligent automation, with direct access to the founder and CEO.
Competenze
- 7+ years of B2B sales or business development experience.
- A successful track record carrying your own revenue target.
- Recent experience leading and coaching sales professionals.
- Experience selling technology services, managed services, consulting or transformation solutions.
- Confidence engaging senior executives and business decision makers.
- Strong commercial acumen and forecasting discipline.
