True North Talent is seeking an experienced Sales Transformation Lead to design, build and embed a scalable sales operating model across multiple business units in Sydney. This hands-on role focuses on improving how sales teams operate, introducing best practices, CRM systems, and a framework for long-term results.

The role is a 12-month fixed-term contract offering exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to shape sales strategy from pipeline management to cross-selling opportunities

Qualificações

• Proven experience designing and/or transforming B2B sales functions.
• Experience implementing end-to-end sales processes and methodologies.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive change across teams.
• Hands-on with CRM selection, implementation and adoption.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement a structured, end-to-end sales process across multiple business units.
• Introduce sales methodologies and best practices to improve consistency and performance.
• Collaborate with Business Development Managers to identify challenges and improve effectiveness.
• Assess existing sales systems and work with tech teams to implement CRM and tools.
• Establish pipeline management, forecasting, reporting and metrics.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities across divisions.
• Develop sales playbooks, training and onboarding frameworks.
• Partner with marketing to align lead management and sales.
• Build a sustainable sales operating model to hand over at engagement end.
