Job summary

Balance Recruitment is recruiting multiple Sales Leadership roles across Australia. The positions are fully office-based, requiring a strong leadership mindset to manage a team of sales consultants and deliver consistent performance across sites in VIC, NSW and WA.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of successful sales experience.
• Approximately 3 years of sales management or team leadership experience.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong coaching, mentoring and performance management skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing sales team.
• Drive revenue growth and consistently achieve sales targets.
• Coach, mentor and support team members to maximise performance.
• Conduct performance reviews and ongoing training initiatives.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and development of new sales staff.
• Work closely with marketing and operational teams to improve lead conversion.
