Job summary

by charlotte is seeking a hands-on Business Systems Manager to own the technology stack end-to-end, including ERP, POS, e-commerce, and key SaaS platforms, and to lead AI and automation initiatives.

You will shape the data infrastructure for smarter reporting and decision making while building guides and training to empower teams. This role offers autonomy in a fast-growing jewellery brand with real scope to influence operations and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience owning or managing an ERP or comparable core business system, including roadmap and implementation delivery.
• Practical experience rolling out AI, automation or workflow tools with measurable adoption and impact.
• Experience managing an IT MSP or technology vendors including contracts, SLAs and performance.
• Strong analytical skills, with familiarity with BI/reporting tools and the data structures beneath them.

Responsibilities

• Own the ERP (Indigo8), POS, e-commerce and key SaaS platforms as product owner; their configuration, roadmap, and the integrations that connect them.
• Lead our AI adoption and workflow automation agenda, finding and scaling high-value use cases across finance, retail, merchandise and marketing.
• Own our technology vendor and IT MSP relationships including contracts, SLAs, performance and renewals.
• Be the team's go-to for all things technology, and build guides, processes and training to empower others.
