Job summary

by charlotte is seeking a hands-on Business Systems Manager to own the technology stack end-to-end, shape future direction, and lead AI and automation initiatives for a growing jewellery brand. You’ll own ERP, POS, e-commerce and major SaaS platforms, while driving data foundations and secure, scalable systems.

The role combines practical system ownership with strategic leadership, requiring commercial pragmatism, a collaborative approach, and a passion for emerging tech within our business

Qualifications

• Experience owning or managing an ERP or core business system and delivering its roadmap.
• Practical experience deploying AI or workflow automation with measurable impact.
• Experience managing IT vendors, SLAs and performance.
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with BI/reporting structures.

Responsibilities

• Own ERP, POS, e-commerce and SaaS platforms as product owner; manage configuration and roadmaps.
• Lead AI adoption and workflow automation across finance, retail, merchandise and marketing.
• Manage technology vendor/MSP contracts, SLAs and renewals.
• Create guides, processes and training to increase self-sufficiency across the team.
• Drive cyber security roadmap with MSP including access, identity and data protection.
• Co-lead multi-year tech and data infra transformation for clean, joined-up reporting and insight.
